40 ml English Saffron Gin
25ml Kamm and Sons
12.5 ml Martini Rosso
Peach bitters 25ml blood orange

Gillray's saffron Whipp

25 Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
10 ml sugar 
Egg white

 

Sprinkle sugar on top and burn until brown
